Our Guarantee to You
We stand behind every memorial we make. Each one is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or workmanship. We use only the finest natural granite and true memorial bronze — carefully selected and crafted to reflect the quality and permanence your tribute deserves.
Granite Memorials: We guarantee that the granite used in your memorial is free from structural defects and will not crack, check, or disintegrate over time.
Bronze Memorials: Our bronze is cast by some of the world’s most respected foundries, with all ornamentation, lettering, and detail work hand-finished by skilled artisans.
If There’s Ever a Concern
If any part of the memorial is found to have a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will replace it at no cost to you or your heirs. If something doesn’t feel right after installation, we ask that you contact us within 60 days so we can make it right — whether that means correcting the issue or providing a replacement.
While we are proud to stand behind our work, this guarantee does not cover:
Damage caused by cemetery equipment, vandalism, natural disasters, or extreme environmental conditions
Foundations not installed by our company
Vases or coloring treatments (applied or affixed)
Any other product specifically noted as excluded in our agreement with you
