Our Guarantee to You
We stand behind every memorial we make. Each one carries a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship, covering you and your heirs for as long as the memorial stands. We use natural granite and true memorial bronze, selected for the quality and permanence your tribute deserves.
Granite Memorials: The granite in your memorial is free from structural defects and will not crack, check, or disintegrate over time.
Bronze Memorials: Our bronze is cast by respected memorial foundries, with ornamentation, lettering, and detail work hand-finished by skilled artisans.
If There’s Ever a Concern
If any part of the memorial has a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will correct or replace it at no cost to you or your heirs. If something doesn’t look right after installation, call us and we will make it right.
This guarantee does not cover:
Damage caused by cemetery equipment, vandalism, natural disasters, or extreme environmental conditions
Foundations not installed by our company
Vases, and coloring treatments that are applied or affixed
Any other product specifically noted as excluded in our agreement with you
